CEU's Paul Roe explains how to put together competitive masters and PhD applications

As part of CEU's successful open house for prospective students, international relations professor Paul Roe talked about the different elements of a competitive application to Central European University here in Budapest. As a member of the international relations department, he also offered insight into what departments and professors expect from a successful applicant to CEU.
