Academic Registration
To register as a CEU student, you will be required to complete the online matriculation form. All students are also required to register for courses through the University Information System – InfoSys. The Registration deadlines must be observed.
In this, you will be assisted by the Student Records Office (SRO) which provides services related to the academic aspects of a student’s enrollment at CEU: SRO creates and maintains the academic records of CEU students. It supervises enrollment and course registration, is responsible for course creation, oversees grade submission, and operates the part of Infosys related to academic matters. Finally, the SRO prepares diplomas, oversees academic achievement awards, and provides academic transcripts and certificates of enrollment.

The Student Records Officer oversees the procedures required for matriculation, course registration, the university grading policy, and other SRO-provided services. Moreover, the Student Records and Services Officer undertakes projects related to the broader sphere of Student Services, with special emphasis on those related to CEU's accreditation in Hungary

The Student Records Coordinator provides assistance in using the information resources effectively. The coordinator helps students to use the Infosys and assists other registration related inquiries.

The Student Records Coordinator is responsible for preparing data and reports required by the Hungarian Higher Education authorities and, additionally, handles similar statistical inquiries concerning CEU's accreditation in the US.
