Improving Environmental Justice in CEE with grant from European Commission PHARE Program and the Open Society Institute’s Human Rights and Governance Program. Conducted workshops, produced widely distributed pamphlet on environmental justice in CEE, and established a regional network, Coalition for Environmental Justice. (2004-2005).
