Implementation of the Aarhus Convention in CEE

The Aarhus Convention on Access to Information, Public Participation in Decision-making and Access to Justice in Environmental Matters is a groundbreaking treaty, linking environment and human rights in international law. CEPL engages in research and action to support the implementation of the Aarhus Convention in the CEE region. CEPL is a member of the Access to Justice Task Force.
