Completed The EuroWhiteCert project contributed to the conceptual and technical development of tradable white certificates systems covering energy savings and energy efficiency. It was funded under the European Commission's Intelligent Energy - Europe program and coordinated by Politecnico di Milano, Italy.

Report on existing tradable renewable energy certificate schemes in the EU, on energy efficiency policies in Hungary and on white certificate buyer types in Europe.
