Completed Green Investment Schemes (GIS) is an architecture which helps to utilize greenhouse gas emission surpluses tradable under International Emission Trading for sustainable energy development. The project aims to assist Hungarian policy-makers with analysis of various options of efficient use of Green Investment Scheme funding.
