Karla Koutkova
Academic/Professional experience, and Achievements:
Karla is a PhD candidate in Public Policy. She received her M.A. in IRES (CEU) in 2007 and since then has worked at several academic, non-profit and intergovernmental organizations, including the UNDP, UNV and University of Sarajevo. Her research interests include the study of informal institutions, practices and networks, corruption and anti-corruption policies, and geographically the area of Western Balkans.
