Academic/Professional experience, and Achievements: 

Helga is Instructor at the CEU Center for Teaching and Learning. She received her PhD in Educational Science at the University of Szeged. Helga is a member of the CEU Higher Education Research Group (HERG) and as a junior researcher, she has been member of the validation teams of the EU funded research and development projects eTwinning, CALIBRATE and Knowledge Practices Laboratory (KP Lab) project. Her research interests include social aspects of learning in online environments, online mentoring and professional development related to educational technology.

2006-2008 CALIBRATE http://calibrate.eun.org  (team member of the “Validation and evaluation” workpackage)

2006- present KP-Lab www.kp-lab.org (member of the “Pedagogical partners” workpackage; running several case studies of blended learning (f2f and online modules of a methodology course in the CMS Moodle at ELTE)
