Academic/Professional experience, and Achievements: 

Eric Brown works on ethical issues, including business ethics, bioethics, and meta-ethical theory. He has a background in both analytic and Continental traditions of philosophy, and the history of philosophy. Brown was a junior fellow at the Institut für die Wissenschaften vom Menschen in Vienna and Gastwissenschaftler at the August Herzog Bibliothek, Wolfenbüttel, Germany reseaching pre-Kantian early modern philosophy of law and conceptions of cosmopolitanism. His current research projects include examining the relations of attitudes, values and reasons, and the role of fiduciary duties in business ethics.

Darker areas of his past include a stint as a radio DJ in rural Ohio.
