Tibor Schwarcz

Tibor Schwarcz from Hungary is working for 3CSEP as a junior researcher. Tibor joined the Center for Climate Change and Sustainable Energy Policy at Central European University in 2008.

Prior to that, he attended the University of Debrecen. He got his first diploma at the Faculty of Natural Sciences, as an environmental scientist, specializing in physics. He got his second diploma at the Faculty of Law, University of Debrecen, and became a consultant in environmental law. He has also been working as an environmental manager in Eastern Hungary.
