Academic/Professional experience, and Achievements: 

Tomasz Mironczuk has worked as a Vice-President of the PKO Bank Polski’s Management Board since May 2008. PKO Polski is both the oldest and largest Polish Bank.

Right after graduation from CEU, he joined the Treasury Department of the Polski Banku Rozwoju (PBR). After the merger of PBR with BRE Bank in 1998, he, as Deputy Treasurer, was in charge of development of derivatives trading, as well as market risk management and liquidity of the bank. During the period of 2001-2008 he worked as a Managing Director - Treasurer at the Bank BPH, the third largest bank in Poland.

Tomasz Mironczuk is the Chairman of Supervisory Board of MTS-CeTO, a unique institution in Poland, licensed to organize and manage a regulated market. He is one of originators of Master Agreement dedicated to derivatives trading at Polish financial market.
