Nerijus Dagilis
Nerijus Dagilis is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and one of Hermis Capital founders. Hermis Capital is a private equity investor, with a total of about EUR 150 million invested across the Baltics, Scandinavia and the Ukraine. The company also invests into large real estate development projects in Lithuania and Latvia. Hermis Capital started its activities in 2000 with acquisitions of controlling stakes in Lietkabelis, a Lithuanian coated-wire producer, and Vilniaus Vingis, one of the largest designers and producers of electronic components in Europe. Since then, the group has invested in more than ten companies, including Snaige, a leading appliance manufacturer in the Baltics, Rokiskio suris, the largest cheese producer in the region, and Kitron ASA, a Norwegian-based contract designer and manufacturer of electronics.
In addition to Hermis Capital, Nerijus Dagilis currently chairs Snaige AB, a white goods producer. Also, he serves on the boards of Kitron ASA, a major EMS producer in Scandinavia and Geonafta, the oil producer in Lithuania.
