The European Personnel Selection Office competition preparation training package

An interactive 2 x 1 day seminar with extensive support material, delivered by Senior trainers on EPSO competition and Recruitment methods.

The first training package fully adapted to the new EPSO examination method. The package has been designed in order to provide a progressive preparation to the whole selection process. With module I, participants will be given a comprehensive crash course on how to pass the first round of selection.

With module II, participants who have succeeded in the first round

will be offered a specific preparation for the second round, i.e. the assessment centre. Each module can be followed separately. While module I is directly related to the EPSO concourse, module II is very useful for almost everybody as assessment centre is today a widespread tool for selection in any professional environment.
