The event will be hosted by CEU President John Shattuck and Director of Alumni and Corporate Relations Serge Sych (IRES '97, LEGS '99). This will be an excellent opportunity to network in your region, enjoy the company of classmates and old friends and discuss the most exciting recent developments at CEU and the global alumni community personally with the Rector.
This event will also be an opportunity to support CEU students with a gift to the CEU Alumni Campaign 2011.

About John Shattuck
CEU President and Rector (2009-present)
Prior to his appointment as Rector, John Shattuck served as Chief Executive Officer of the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation, Former US Assistant and Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights and Labor, Former Vice President at Harvard University,taught international relations at Tufts University, and served as U.S. Ambassador to the Czech Republic.
About Serge Sych
CEU Director of Alumni & Corporate Relations
Over the past 12 years, Serge has coordinated International Relations programs at the Open University in Ukraine, managed programs for the Soros Foundation and set up the first ever alumni affairs program at CEU. In addition to his work with the CEU Alumni Relations & Career Services and Development teams, Serge manages a diverse portfolio of alumni, career, corporate and fundraising programs. He serves as Chair of the Board for INTAL (International Alumni Relations) group of the European Association of International Education (EAIE) and represents CEU as a professional member of CASE (Council for Advancement and Support of Education).
Serge is a CEU alumnus, earning his MA in International Relations and European Studies and LLM in Comparative Constitutional Law at CEU in 1996-1999. Contact Serge.
