Benjamin Cramer joins DPP as a Visiting Professor of Telecommunications and Public Policy

The Department welcomes Benjamin Cramer who has joined DPP as a Visiting Professor of Telecommunications and Public Policy. In the academic year 2009/2010, he will teach Fundamentals of Media and Telecommunications Policy and Global Broadcasting and Telecommunications Law. Benjamin received a doctorate degree from the College of Communications at Pennsylvania State University in April 2009. He has taught the 400-level Mass Communications Law course at Penn State and has worked as a researcher for a variety of educators and foundations devoted to research in media law, telecommunications, and political communications.
