This course presents a selected set of models and empirical applications in modern macroeconomics.
The goal of this course is to introduce students to a set of selected research problems on the frontier of
macroeconomics. The main focus is on various macroeconomic implications of lumpy and heterogeneous
microeconomic adjustment. Other topics may include housing and financial frictions.
