On December 7, 2011, CEU President and Rector John Shattuck visited Washington, D.C. for our last alumni reunion event in the city for CEU's 20th anniversary. Nearly 50 alumni and friends joined us to celebrate this exceptional year for the university. Guests had the chance to talk to the Rector personally, exchange ideas about the future of the global CEU community and network with friends and professionals from the region.
2011 was CEU's 20th Anniversary year and everyone at the University, the ARCS team included, took this time to think back on what we're good at and how we can become even better. So we created the 20th Anniversary Alumni Survey as a way to strike up a conversation with you, our alumni, and let you tell us what you love and what you'd change about your CEU alumni experience.
The first-ever reunion for CEU alumni in Central Asia, which took place on June 24, 2011 in Bishkek, gathered over 30 participants from 4 out of 5 countries in the region. Among them were alumni, friends of the University and current and prospective CEU students.
